Molding Department

PPI's in-house molding department has press capacity ranging from 28T 1/2 oz. to 450T 60 OZ. shot size. Our facility is equipped with microprocessor controlled drying systems as well as closed loop temperature controls. Our customer service department continually receives high marks from customer audits and our delivery and quality ratings are consistently among the highest. PPI has arranged stocking programs with many of its customers to make sure schedules are met. This adds flexibility as changes are easily incorporated through our fully networked E2 operating system. PPI also offers value added service such as soft-touch overmolding, decorating, insert molding, overmold gasketing, adhesive bonding, SLA, urethane molding and sonic welding.
